Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation needs your help to ensure that the very best health care, utilizing the latest technology, is provided in our community.

Each year, the Hospital identifies its needs for equipment and programs to improve care in our facility. Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation asks for support from the community for vital projects and equipment that would not otherwise be fulfilled by the Hospital's budget. Your support is vital to continue to improve health care in our community.

Planned Gift - Make a planned gift to Seven Oaks Hospital by naming Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary in your will or insurance policy. There are many other options available when you choose to "leave a legacy". We'd be pleased to work with you  and your advisors to identify the best method of giving for your personal circumstances. Special Events - We invite you to participate in one or more of our many fundraising activities, such as our Annual Dinner and Annual Golf Tournament. Check out the Events tab on the left side of this page for the latest information.


Memorial or Tribute Gifts - Honour someone special with a gift made in their honour or in their memory. A card will be sent to them as notification that you have made a donation in commemoration of a happy occasion, such as a birthday or an anniversary, or to remember loved ones. The amount of the donation will remain confidential.

Buy-A-Brick - Purchase a brick on in Seven Oaks General Hospital's courtyard as a public display of your support. It will be personally inscribed and permanently mounted on our display wall. Choose from one of three brick categories: Brown ($100), Silver ($250), and Gold ($500).  Buy A Brick Form

Recognition

Donor Board - Our Donor Board, located in the hospital's courtyard, publicly recognizes the support we receive from the community. Donor names are inscribed on the board at the appropriate gift level. We recognize the support of both one-time gifts and cumulative gift totals for those supporters who have made multiple gifts.

Anonymous Gifts - If you prefer your gift to Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation to remain anonymous, simply provide this information at the time you make your gift. We will make ensure that your anonymity is protected.

Tax Receipts - All donationsof $15 of more will be issued a tax receipt, in accordance with Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency guidelines. Your receipt will be sent by mail to the address you've provided with your gift.
